Meet Nebraska! Nebraska is about 5 years old and appears to be an English Bulldog/Boxer mix. Nebraska is very sweet and loving. He is good with children and other dogs. His owners surrendered him over to the shelter because he does climb fences. So, Nebraska can't be left alone outside for a long period of time.
