Jay-Z is a friendly 6 year old beagle from Pulaski County Kentucky. Would prefer a nice laid back home. His foster mom says he is one of the laziest dogs she has ever had. Jay-Z seems to have had a rough past and he needs someone to give him a chance where he can enjoy his years. He is good with other dogs.
