Adorable puppy RALPHY is a sweet German Shepherd/Lab mixed breed puppy looking for a furever home. He's sweet and fun, about 7 months old and 32 lbs. Ralphy may have some room to grow, or it's possible he's nearly full grown, we're just not sure. With mixed breed dogs, it's difficult to estimate without seeing both parents. Ralphy is a bit timid but very friendly. He does an infantry crawl when approaching people, a sign that some human hasn't treated him kindly. Dogs like Ralphy greatly benefit from the mentorship of another friendly dog in the home to help him navigate life. Ralphy is still a playful puppy, so he needs a home with a friendly, playful fur sibling.  He's a medium energy guy. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care.
