ROMY and MICHELE are adorable little mixed breed girls looking for homes. They are 11ish month old sisters. Brown eyed Romy is fully grown at 23 pounds, petite blue eyed Michelle is fully grown at just 18 pounds. Romy is an outgoing girl, Michele is a bit timid. Both are fun and playful and each is best suited to a home where they will have a physically-fenced yard and another friendly playful dog. Both girls ignored kitties. Our best guess on breed mix is some beagle, possibly a dash of Aussie and heaven only knows what else. Romy's face looks like she could have a bit of dachshund in her as well. Whatever the breed mix, these two little girls are absolutely stunning. If you'd like to meet one of these adorable pups, please fill out a dog adoption application at
dreamhouserescue.org.
We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Romy and Michele at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate.
All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
