Handsome HAMISH is a sweet playful guy with big ears and a big personality. He's a 3 year old 21 lb. Heinz 57-type mix, with a Boston terrier face, some long scruffy terrier-type hair and heeler or chihuahua ears. Hamish is a bouncy, medium energy guy who loves to play. He needs a furever home where he will get plenty of exercise. He can be an only dog, or he'd be fine with another playful dog or regular visits to doggie daycare for playtime. Hamish is dog and cat friendly, housebroken and loves toys. If you'd like to meet this little cutie, please fill out a foster-to-adopt application at

All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care.
