Jacob is a handsome 2 year old, Labrador/German Shepherd mix. This majestic boy gets along well with other dogs and people of all shapes and sizes. In fact, a home with older kids and pets that can play with Jacob would be just what this boy needs. Jacob does tend to get a little over excited around cats, so it would be better for him to be in a home where there will either be no cats or he will receive strict training on how to behave with them. Jacob is incredibly smart and loves to be active. He loves to go hiking, walking and/or running.  Because Jacob gets so curious about the outside world, we recommend Jacob's new home have a fenced in yard with a fence that is tough for him to climb. Once you meet this fella you'll adore him!  

Our adoption fee includes the dog's spay/neuter surgery, parvo/distemper shots and rabies shots (for dogs over 6 months), deworming, microchipping, flea and tick protection, heartworm testing (for dogs over 6 months), and monthly heartworm protection until the dog gets adopted.

Sweet Dream House Rescue is holding adoption events this Saturday and Sunday from (12-5 pm) at the Newport Petsmart (156 Pavilion Parkway, Newport, Kentucky), on Saturday (12-4 pm) at the Eastgate Petsmart (650 Eastgate South Dr., Cincinnati) and the first and third Saturdays of the month at South Lebanon Petsmart (476 Corwin Nixon Boulevard, South Lebanon, Ohio).
