Nibs has been a wonderful boy. He is learning that cats are not meant for chasing, and my cats are learning not to run from him. J He is a bit of an escape artist; he knows how to pull down the panels on the crate, he jumps over baby gates if he hasn’t already pushed them over, and he squeezes through tiny gaps he makes by pushing his head between the door and frame. He hasn’t been destructive but he does love to chew. So I make sure he has a cow hoof available. He is learning to play fetch and he loves chasing my other dogs and grabbing their tails. They wear each other out. This weekend I took him to the dog park where he never met a stranger. I actually had to wait on him because he decides to go on a walk with the new people coming into the park. J He is learning his name but I’ve noticed he is like a teenager and has selective hearing. He is learning not to jump up on people and he hasn’t done it to kids. He rides in the car well and has been an overall sweetheart. I could very easily see him with a family with kids. He could be in a household with other pets or by himself.
