Isabelle is a 18 month old Beagle mix.  She is fairly shy at first and likes to army crawl on her belly towards you, but the tail wags the whole time! She gets along great with other dogs and enjoys the company of kids and adults. Meet her this weekend at the Newport Petsmart.
