Tiny TEENY is an excellent listener, just look at those ears! Teeny is a sweet little girl looking for a quiet home. She's a chihuahua-type mix. What's the "mix" part?  Maybe some rat terrier or min pin? She's about 5 years old and 10 pounds. Teeny spent her whole life living with seniors but landed in a rural shelter when they could no longer care for her. Teeny was so scared in the shelter. She's now in a foster home and doing very well. She's housebroken and crate trained, walks well on a leash and fine with other small friendly dogs. She enjoys being carried and cuddled. Teeny needs a quiet home with a patient adopter who will take the time to earn her trust. She just needs a day or two to settle after so much upheaval in her little life. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
