Estes needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?

ESTES is the perfect blend of playful and cuddly. When he's out in the yard he can run and fun with the best of them. When playtime is over, he's perfectly content to be your cuddle buddy on the sofa. Estes is great with other dogs and cat friendly. He's around 6 years old and 28 pounds. He's a typical beagle -- he loves his food and will do anything for a treat. In addition to his standard rescue vetting, he just had a dental cleaning. Estes needs a home with a physically-fenced yard to keep him from following his beagle nose into trouble. Estes is housebroken and crate trained. You can meet Estes at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate.

All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
