TREVOR is a laid back love of a SMALL mixed breed dog. We know he looks like a lab but he's only 24 pounds, the size of a small beagle. He's 5ish years old but his coloring makes him look a little older. He has white highlights all over. Trevor is a bit on the timid side but has lovely manners and walks well on a leash. Trevor came to us from an overcrowded rural shelter and stole our hearts as soon as we met him. He's probably a Heinz 57 varieties-type mixed breed dog. There may be some lab in the mix, maybe some beagle and who knows what else. Trevor is dog friendly and very sweet. If you'd like to meet Trevor, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Trevor at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate.

All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
