BETTY BOOP is a sweet petite mixed breed girl looking for a home. She's a 9ish month old cutie, currently 24 pounds and probably fully grown or very nearly so. Our best guess on breed is Pointer/Beagle. Betty Boop is a playful, people-oriented dog. She loves her toys and walks well on a leash. She has a trim, leggy body and the sweetest little face. If you'd like to meet Betty Boop, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Betty Boop at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate.
All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog’s final adoption fee.
