Sweet DAIQUIRI is an itty bitty beagle girl (just 19lbs!) looking for a home. Daiquiri is about 4 years old with a loving, gentle disposition. She absolutely loves treats and trust us when we tell you it's really hard to say "no" to this face. We suspect Daiquiri has given birth to multiple litters but those days are over now. From now on she will get to enjoy life as treasured family member. Daiquiri is dog friendly and loves everyone she meets. She does need a secure physically fenced yard to keep her from following her beagle nose into trouble. The vertical slat fences beloved by HOA's will probably not contain little Daiquiri without some modification. She is a very social little girl who loves her doggie pals and is best suited to a home where she will have at least one dog sibling.  If you'd like to meet Daiquiri, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Daiquiri at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate if she's still available.

All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog’s final adoption fee.
