BREWER is a basset hound/beagle mix boy who is ready for action. He's a handsome young fellow, about 9 months old and probably fully grown at 28 pounds. Brewer is a running and funning young dog who needs an active home with a physically-fenced yard suitable for romping. He's sweet guy who loves people and toys. He has a big basset hound personality, a little bit stubborn. Brewer is a short stack with golden brown eyes and gorgeous markings. Brewer is good with other dogs and cats. You can meet Brewer at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate, if he's still available.

All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog’s final adoption fee.
