Gentle, timid NAOMI JUDD melts hearts on impact. She's so very timid, she desperately wants affection and approaches you pleading for kindness rather than cruelty, hoping you will pet her but afraid you may hit her. She wags her tail cautiously and trembles. It's heartbreaking to experience, but she loves people so much that you know she's going to be okay. Naomi Judd's adopter is going to feel blessed to have the opportunity to build a bond of love with this sweet beautiful girl. She's already coming around, responding to kindness and treats. Naomi Judd is a lemony beagle-type mixed breed girl with a soft medium-length coat, about 3 years old and fully grown at 25 pounds. She seeks the companionship of other friendly dogs, ignores kitties and seems to love everyone. She best suited to a quiet home with a physically fenced yard and another friendly dog. She should be fine with older, dog-savvy kids, but rowdy toddlers may be a bit too much for her. If you'd like to be the lucky adopter who gets to love Naomi Judd for the rest of her life, please fill out a dog adoption application at

We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter.
All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog’s final adoption fee.
