TREAT PLEASE!! Meet NASH, a sweet boy who may well be the most food motivated dog we've ever met. He spent his whole photo session trying to earn treats. Nash definitely knows how to sit! He even smiles for treats. Nash is a fun, easygoing guy who gets along with everyone. He appears to be a Beabull-type mix, a beagle/bully breed cross. He's probably 2-3 years old and fully grown at 41 lbs. Nash is a medium energy guy, fine with other dogs. If you'd like to meet Nash, please fill out a dog adoption application at

We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter, or you can meet Nash at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-3 at PetSmart Eastgate, if he's still available.

All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog’s veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care.
