SAFFRON is an absolute play monster!! This adorable young beagle girl has never met a toy she couldn't love. She's super fun, loves people and treats. Saffron is about 1 year old and fully grown. She's currently 26 lbs. but a wee bit chonky and needs to lose a pound or two. Saffron is lively and fun and perfectly content to amuse herself. She's okay with other dogs with a proper introduction, or she can be an only dog. If you'd like to meet Saffron, please fill out a dog adoption application at

All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care.
