NEWLEY is an easygoing red/chocolate beagle looking for a furever home. He's about 8 years old and 27 lbs. We suspect he has some basset hound mixed in -- he has the short crooked legs of a basset. Newley is a quiet guy who loves to be with his people. He's fine with other dogs and cats but he's not really interested in them, he only has eyes for humans. He would be perfectly fine as an only child who gets all of your attention. Newley isn't vocal and should be fine in an apartment or condo. He's housebroken and crate trained and walks well on a leash. If you're looking for a sweet companionable dog who wants to cuddle up with you on the sofa to binge watch shows on Netflix, Newley is your guy!
