DAINTY DAISY is a 1.5 year old 16 lb. West Highland White Terrier, aka Westie mix girl looking for a furever home. She was purchased from a breeder as a westie, but her coat isn't pure white, it's buff-colored, so she may have a touch of Cairn terrier mixed in. Dainty Daisy's person was no longer able to care for her, so we promised to find her an amazing new home. Dainty Daisy is a sweet friendly girl. Her bff was an orange tabby kitty. She's fine with other small dogs. Dainty Daisy is pee-pad trained. She loves to be with people and would be happiest in a home where she's not alone for long hours. Adopting a young small breed dog like Dainty Daisy can be a 15+ year commitment. Please keep that in mind if you decide to apply for this precious girl. If you'd like to meet Dainty Daisy, please fill out a foster-to-adopt application at
dreamhouserescue.org.
Greater Cincinnati-area adopters only please.
All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care.
