Top of the mornin' to ya! The IRISH CUTIES are 7 lucky wee pups hoping to find loving furever homes at the end of the rainbow. 5 lads (Leprechaun, Dublin, Colin, Cork and Clancy) and 2 lasses (Limerick and Darby) are adorable 8 week old mixed breed puppies. Their mama is a gorgeous 35 lb. Brittany, daddy is unknown, some neighborhood bad boy(s) mama hooked up with when she wandered off. The pups look like they could have some boxer, maybe some lab, who knows what else. The pups are currently in the 6-7 lb. range, we believe these wee pups will be medium-sized dogs when fully grown. It's impossible to predict adult size for pups at this age without seeing the daddy. Ideal furever homes for the Irish Cuties will have physically-fenced yards. Pups younger than 6 months cannot be trained on invisible fences. We will prioritize applications from adopters with another friendly, playful dog in the home, these puppies have never known life without another dog companion. We are looking for homes with adopters willing to put in the time to train their puppies to become well behaved family members. Too many 1-2 year old dogs are surrendered/dumped because they were never taught how to behave. The Irish Cuties will go to furever homes on a foster-to-adopt basis. Their adoptions will be completed when all vetting covered by their adoption fee is completed. Our adoption fee covers age-appropriate shots, spay/neuter surgery, microchip, deworming, first doses of flea and tick and heartworm prevention and any other needed care. The Irish Cuties must go to Greater Cincinnati area adopters as they will require additional vaccines and spay/neuter surgery.
We will only adopt pups into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and currently on flea and tick and heartworm prevention. We do check vet references. If you would like to adopt one (or more) Irish Cutie, please fill out a foster-to-adopt application at dreamhouserescue.org. To increase your chances of getting one of these puppies, we suggest that you list more than one pup of interest. Some of these pups have blue or grey eyes. Please be advised that their eye color may change as they get older, just like human babies. PLEASE don't choose a puppy based on eye color. If you would like to adopt one (or more) of the Irish Cuties, you must fill out an application. Please don't send inquiries or emails or texts or call us about these puppies. Submit an application. Commenting "interested" on this post will not get you a puppy.
