This prime cut beagle mix boy is T-BONE, a handsome young 1 year old guy, fully grown at 35 lb. T-Bone and his sister Scampi were found on the run in and landed in a rural shelter. We busted them out of the joint with the promise of a loving furever home. T-Bone is a good-natured boy who loves people and is good with other dogs, he's not cat tested yet. He likes to follow his people everywhere. Hate to be alone in the bathroom? Don't worry, with T-Bone around you'll never be alone. This boy needs a furever home with a physically fenced yard to prevent him from going on walkabout again -- beagles are notorious for following their noses into trouble. He would be happiest in a home with another playful dog. He is housebroken and working on crate training. T-Bone loves toys, especially chewy toys. If you'd like to meet this good natured guy, please fill out a foster-to-adopt application at dreamhouserescue.org. No apartments please. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care.
