Gorgeous FALCON is a 1 year old 45 lb. German short haired pointer mix looking for his furever home. This handsome boy is a gentle soul who loves to run and play in the yard, then nap on the sofa. He is a bit timid and requires the companionship of a confident, friendly dog to help him navigate the world. He is housebroken, crate trained and dog and cat friendly. Please review Falcon's requirements before applying: Falcon requires a home with a physically-fenced yard, a calm, confident fur sibling. He is not suited to apartment living. If you have any current pets, please make sure they are up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm testing and flea and tick prevention and heartworm prevention. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care.
