Beautiful CALLIE JO is a sweet small German Shepherd mix puppy. She's 8 months old (born November 20, 2019) and just 28 lbs. She's a bit underweight, and may have a little bit more growing to do, so we are estimating she will be 40 lbs when fully grown. Callie Jo lost her furever home when her person became ill and could no longer care for her. She's housebroken and dog and people friendly. Callie Jo hasn't been cat tested. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care (vaccines, heartworm testing, etc).
