Say hello to Wally, a sweet, friendly beagle/Jack Russell terrier mix looking for a furever home. Wally is the kind of dog who's never met a stranger, he loves everyone. Good with kids, other dogs and cats. Wally is a medium energy boy, about 2 years old and a bit overweight at 25 lbs. He should weigh about 22 lbs so he's on a diet. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care (vaccines, heartworm testing, etc).
