OMG. Are you kidding me right now with this cuteness?!? Say hello to JEFFREY, a 4 year old 14 lb red dachshund mix looking for his furever home. This ridiculously cute little guy is Mr. Personality, voted the class clown in his foster home. He loves to play with other small dogs and explore the yard. He's affectionate, but not a lap dog. Jeffrey is an absolute charmer. If you've ever wanted to have a dog you could enter in the annual Oktoberfest Zinzinnati "Running of the Wie ners", here's your chance! We're pretty sure Jeffrey would be a serious contender.

All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care (vaccines, heartworm testing, etc).
