Bagel the Beagle is a handsome devil from every angle. He's a 1.5 year old 28 lb tri-color beagle. Bagel is sweet but timid. He needs a furever home with a patient adopter and another friendly, confident dog to help this boy build his confidence. He is dog and people friendly, not tested with cats. He's fine with older, respectful kids, but nervous around small children. Bagel needs a furever home with a physically fenced yard. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care.
