This little cutie is Madison, a sweet 5 year old 14 lb camera shy chihuahua girl looking for a furever home. Madison is a quiet, sweet bobtailed girl, fully housebroken. She's fine with other dogs, although she doesn't play much with the other dogs in her foster home. Madison is carrying around a couple of extra lbs, easily remedied with a healthy diet. All of our adoptable adult dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care (vaccines, heartworm testing, etc).
