Who needs a little chihuahua love in their life? This is Tagg, a sweet lively little 1 year old 10 lb. chihuahua boy looking for a furever home. Tagg is a playful young guy who would love a furever home with another friendly, playful small dog. He's not keen on big dogs. Tagg is affectionate but not a lap dog. He's housebroken and crate trained and has learned some tricks in his foster home. Please remember that chihuahuas can live for 15 or 16 years or more. He's looking for an adopter who's ready to make a commitment to his entire lifetime. We prefer not to send tiny dogs to homes with small children. Smalls are fragile and accidents happen. We prefer greater Cincinnati adopters, please.

All of our adoptable adult dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care (vaccines, heartworm testing, etc). Please be sure to include your vet’s phone number on your application.
