Rambler is a sweet beagle/basset hound mix boy, about a year old and slightly underweight at 28 lbs. He needs to gain a few pounds. Rambler loves everyone -- adults, kids, dogs, cats. He is housebroken and crate trained. Rambler needs a furever home with a fenced yard and another similar-sized friendly dog. Greater Cincinnati area adopters only, please. All of our adoptable adult dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial foster-to-adopt period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care (vaccines, heartworm testing, etc). Please be sure to include your vet’s phone number on your application.

Our adoption fee covers neuter surgery, microchip, up to date vaccines, heartworm testing, deworming and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
