You'd never know it to look at him now but this boy was found so very thin that he was in trouble. He was covered with fleas and even had a tick on his neck. He could barely walk. He was taken to the vet where he stayed. He had a microchip but the owner of he phone number and address were not the name on record and the owner could not be found. With lots of love, patience and a little time, he is doing great now. He even did well at his first PetSmart adoption event.
