Katie is about 18 months old and a golden retriever mix.  Her puppies are 9 weeks old and are doing well without her.  Katie is a little thin due to her pregnancy but is eating well and will gain weight in no time.  She is a calm dog and loves people, kids, dogs and cats.  Katie is completely housebroken and does well in a car.  She has never been crated and does not like to be crated but she's working on it.  Katie loves taking walks but has a tendency to cross back and forth in front of you so we're working on walking in a straight line.  She is affectionate and jumps on you to give hugs.  

Our adoption fee includes the dog's spay/neuter surgery, parvo/distemper shots and rabies shots (for dogs over 6 months), deworming, microchipping, flea and tick protection, heartworm testing (for dogs over 6 months), and monthly heartworm protection until the dog gets adopted.
