Calliope is a 1 year old dachshund mix that weighs 22 lbs. She has a long body and short legs but she has a ton of energy and loves to walk. Calliope is very friendly and wants to be the center of attention. She is very happy and can be a talker so she would not be good in an apartment. Calliope is very curious and up for any adventure. She is housebroken and walks well on a leash. Calliope is best with dogs bigger than her! She loves kids but will chase cats.

Our adoption fee includes the dog's spay/neuter surgery, parvo/distemper shots and rabies shots (for dogs over 6 months), deworming, microchipping, flea and tick protection, heartworm testing (for dogs over 6 months), and monthly heartworm protection until the dog gets adopted.
