Mommy is a senior treeing walker coonhound that came to us from Monroeville, Alabama. She was the dog tester in the shelter, meaning she is so sweet and friendly, that they used to her evaluate the friendliness of other dogs whose tempraments they didn't know. She was very much loved there. Mommy is totally dog, cat and kid friendly - she loves being hugged and petted. She has the typical coonhound bark but rarely uses it. She is a very quiet girl and would do well in an apartment as her need for space isn't great. Mommy may be a senior but that doesn't mean she doesn't play hard!  She plays in her foster home all day with her two year old foster brother.  She is always ready to hop in the car and go on an adventure!  No one would ever  regret adopting this sweet lady!
