Gwen is a small/medium sized (about 25 lbs.) mixed breed dog - possibly some mini pin or chihuahua with those ears?? She is young - maybe 2 to 3 years old. She is very smart, friendly and affectionate. She gets along with numerous other small and large dogs in her foster home, although she can be a little defensive of her food bowl. She doesn't seem interested (one way or the other) in cats at our ado ption events but she was returned by a previous foster-to-adopter because she wanted to chase their cat. Gwen has been with her foster for a very long time - about six months. While that may not seem like a long time to you, it is a long time for a dog who is waiting on her forever family! She is very "talkative" at adoption events - calling out to her foster mom when she sees her, but that behavior only plays out at home when her foster mom comes home after being a away all day. Otherwise, she is very quiet - doesn't bark much at all!
